I’m Chelsea, Director of CH Solutions, where I lead a dedicated team. I am committed to delivering high-quality organisational and administrative support to all our clients.
Running my own business is something I genuinely thrive on, from coordinating schedules to building strong client relationships, I take pride in creating structure, clarity, and efficiency.
I’m lucky to have a fantastic team around me who share my standards and values.
We work hard, deliver exceptional results whilst creating an enjoyable work environment. This normally includes someone singing along the way!
Outside of CH Solutions, I prioritise time with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog, Teddy. Family life keeps me grounded and balanced.
I also manage a netball team, which provides a welcome outlet and allows me to stay active, competitive, and connected to the sport I love.
Kirsty
Kirsty is my right-hand woman and the person I rely on most when it comes to keeping CH Solutions running smoothly. She is my number two. The one I turn to when I need to talk things through, sense-check ideas, or work through complex scheduling.
She supports me with early-morning organisation, and she’s the person who will sit on FaceTime with me as we go through our diaries repeatedly to make sure every detail is accounted for and no job is ever missed. Her consistency and attention to detail make her an essential part of the business.
Kirsty is also the person I can trust completely to keep operations running seamlessly when I’m away. Her calm approach, reliability, and ability to take initiative mean the team and our clients are always in safe hands.
Outside of work, Kirsty shares my love for netball, is a true foodie, and enjoys getting away on trips, including taking on challenges like climbing Snowdonia. Her energy, humour and adventurous spirit is an integral part of our team culture.
